Could anyone tell me the name of the steep road that runs from outside the Palacio do Cone to Monte Carvoeiro? It's the one with the steps off to the right a little way up. Isn't named on any map I can find. Thanks.

I beleive "Rua do Paraiso"

On a map I have from CVO the road up-hill from Palacio do Cône is called: Rua do Casino and when you'r on top of the hill and turn 90° to the right it is called: Estrada Monte Paraiso.

I thought Rua do Casino is the road coming down past the post office (that is where the casino used to be)

that's right G. In the phone book the road going up is called Rampa Paraiso

I got my information from the For W aysmap I bought in CVO (Carvoeiro Golf & Resort Map) last summer.
Somewhere I have also a map from the Junta de Freguesia in CVO (cannot find it at the moment) I'll try to find it these comming days and have a look for the name.
