With certain topics removed this is what this forum will become.We need diversity and fun whatever the subject.I have a strong feeling that many will simply not bother if they are unsure where to post a topic. Bad enough having the Monday Morning feeling

Nothing is ever easy here is it!

One minute people complain because there is mass posting on topics that don't relate to CVO and the next minute they complain because another link has been added to post such topics.

Does it really matter where the topics are posted? As long as the topics are there and people look at them and respond to them, is it really such a big issue whether they are posted in General or in Chit Chat? I really think that is complaining just to complain.

Oh no, means that the Chit Chat link might become the more popular one. I don't think my heart can take such a switch.

As long as that set of tin cowbells and it's owner pictured doesn't make a re-appearance, anything anywhere will be fine for us!

They are correct. I think splitting it in two is no good. Why stop there? Why not have a North/South divide; or an age split; or colour of hair/eyes or teeth!

What is the problem in using the Chat forum if all you want is a chat? What you really want is a chat room not a forum. If you have a problem with it being called Chat then get it renamed. But for heaven's sake grow up!

A big bore in my part of England is anything over 8 metres on the River Severn.

It only stops when it reaches a weir.
