Illuminated Sign

Please could someone tell me what the illuminated sign in the foreground of the webcam picture refers to. It may seem a minor detail, but when one has a love affair with a particular Portuguese town but only has a webcam to observe the passage of time, one tends to become obsessional about such things.

Didn't Wilde write, "I've never seen a Limey look with such a wistful eye, upon that little webcam pic that's Carvoeiro by and by"?
