Is there a launderette in Carvoeiro? If so, please would someone let me know the location.

Hi Arthur,
Yes, there is one in the first row of shops on the right hand side as you enter Carvoeiro, after the new building, opposite NovaRede Bank.

there is a landry in Lagoa, and it's the best around Lagoa and Carvoeiro
I use to go there and the ladies and very sympatic and the service is xxxxx stars.
the laundry is behind the market in Lagoa, and the name is Lavandaria de Lagoa

Hi Ive read the info about laundrettes. Im hoping this is coin operated washing and drying machines for clothes. Went to Portugal about 3 years ago for 4 weeks had a great time but had to do wash by hand. Boy its not any fun trying to wash and wring out blue jeans by hand. HA HA. If this is coin operated machines how much are they, can you buy soap and bleach etc. Thanks for all your help. We're hoping to return to Portugal nexy Feb & Mar 2004. Mommabarb
