• Long Term Rental costs

Can anyone tell me what rental I should be paying for a long term rental on a 2 bed apartment in CVO (average costs please) the rental to be at least a year

…can no one help MC with this…..I know a 2 bed apartment in Lisbon is anything from E750 to E1500 per month long term….I would be interested to know about cvo coz I’m thinking of living there for a year or two myself….

I do not believe this....the average income is about eur 500 a month in some areas so where do these people live?

Don't know about Lisbon but it seems to my unscientific eye that rents quoted in the expat press are even higher this "winter" than they were last year (about 1.5 times an equivalent in the UK!)- how the locals do it I shall never know - on their incomes.

You can find a long let in a 2 bed apartment in Carvoeiro for 500-600 euros per month.
