Have you noticed how the forum is always busy on Monday morning?
Is this because those of us not in CVO are depressed and need cheering up by looking at the webcam and chatting to friends?
What do YOU see out of your window?, what exciting things have you got planned for the week?
Out of my window, its raining, windy and dark, and not working today
I'm doing the washing and ironing - Very Sad - anyone doing anything
interesting?

Yes,
Depressing isn't it?
Wet and windy. Meant to be working but just cannot get motivated this morning. My mind and soul are elsewhere. Not in this forsaken country thats for sure. Gatering info in advance and planning our eventual escape and counting the minutes.
Digger you have the right idea to start a Monday.

well gerry made it a bit difficult for yourself now but you could have gone for the old edit cover-up!
And yes quite depressing tricky , guess England or Holland aren`t exactly the ideal countries to live in when you prefer sun over rain wind and cold .

Thanks Tricky youve just made me realize how lucky I really am!! Was feeling a little sorry for myself....you know monday morning blues.........
Then I look out of the window and all I see for miles are fields, hills, blue sky and sheep! What an ungrateful girl I am
You know what they say though "the gass is always greener" etc etc
Oh well only 9 days to go ........look out people Im on my way!!

Sun is shining here in Belfast Tricky, not a cloud in the sky. Just like CVO was last week, but 8c rather than 28c. Busy? only 275 more emails to read/bin before I get caught up after the holiday. Dog's looking a walk so perhaps I'll do that instead

well the sun has actually come out in Cheshire, so I though I'd follow
digger's example and go for a run, barefoot - feet got very muddy though!
Hey Rod, I thought it always rained in Belfast, and susie, I do envy you your view.
So is anybody doing anything exciting this week?

hi tricky
i`m looking forward to a quiet week....i was in ieper in belgium over the
weekend with my father and brother visiting my great grandfathers grave for the first time.....made the mistake of having steak tartare on the first night ( just to try it !)....bad mistake , i`ve still got stomach cramps....and have definitely gone veggie from now on
regards from sunny banbridge....mike

Yes, Croydon is grim and we're looking forward to a quick visit to CVO at the end of the week. BUT see that the long-range forecast is not good. Oh well, a good excuse to enjoy an extra drink or three in the the laid-back village atmosphere.

Mike, hope you feel better soon. Remember just to drink water
(no not with irish in it). Sounds like a facinating weekend.
We are off to CVO in two weeks and whilst the long range forcast doesn't look to great Freddie, they do get it wrong and in this case I'm positive they have. Have a great time
