yes from our local Silves camara...a friend who has a b & b applied for a licence to add a leisure section to the premises.....well the good news its just been approved ...trouble is that its taken seven years and her husband died last year.

however silves camara now have advised that unless she resubmits all the drawings with updates within a month (approx 5000 euros cost) she will lose her licence.

yes and there are people who still want to open business here
