My toothache is getting pretty bad ...now I hate the Dam things and just quake thinking about it......but this Algarve food is just the best there ever was...(Why is French food generally so bad...I don't understand the 'Raves' )...anyway my plea is to find out a recommended Dentist in this area....I once heard there was a good American Dentist in Lagoa......but where ?? I'll even struggle down to Portimao if I must....I just keep ignoring this thing but it's affecting my drinking as well...now thats serious...!!!!!......HELP
