Have just been searching the posts for info on New Year in CVO as we have decided to try this out this year - I enjoyed MC's account of his New Year there last year and I'd be interested to hear whether any of you 'locals' have had any influence with the powers that be in assuring us of a firework display this time round - as opposed to the ONE firework reported in last year's display ?!

I heard they are upping the budget to at least two fireworks this year
And the way this years weather has been across the world - there might be snow in Carvoeiro?
