can any body give me some information on villa managers e.g someone who will look after a villa, sort out cleaning, pool cleaning, bedding, key exchange etc.

There are many that carry out this function....I can highly recommend 'Sabina Serol'...she looks after my villa, takes care of everything and more......(payments to Camara / taxes / Bills etc) speaks three or four languages English/german /Portuguese .....I think she looks after about 10 houses ...her fees are very reasonable and cheaper than some...and she is always available 24/7 by phone to help out on translations and all the silly things that one needs help on here...(Even got a Doctor for me one bad night).....her number is 962521427 and I think her email is still hotel@vilalindamar.com.....but I'm not sure if that is still valid.....give her a call (You can mention Ken recommended her ) or if you want to give me your contact I can ask her to call you.

Recommend Kevin Owenson of Algarvillas - has looked after our villa brilliantly for the past year, through all the aggro associated with building a pool. When looking for a manager we spoke to several other companies, including Sabina Serol who I am sure would have been fine. At the end of the day it's whoever you feel you will best get on with.
