• Christmas Flights

Hi.

Sharen and I are looking to return for Crimbo again this year. I have searched the web for flights but there seems to be a rather limited choice; i.e. BA

Flying from Gatwick on the 23rd and back on the 1st will cost £350. Does anyone know of any cheaper flights?

£218 for 2 on Air Berlin. Direct flight from Stanstead to Faro if this is of interest.

Northern Bank notes CAN be used in the UK, even in my local supermarket. All Scottish and N Ireland notes are legal currency

I beg to differ. Legal tender they may be, but acceptance is limited
On countless occasions I have been refused.
It is no coincidence that at airports in N.Ireland the ATMs only give out Bank of England notes, rather than their own notes.
