Hi all, hope you’re all enjoying the new year so far.
As a regular Carvoeiro visitor for over 30 years and past property owners there, I have a question. We’ve never been at Christmas, can anyone let me know if any of the restaurants or bars are open, other than the main hotels ? We’re thinking of 2023 Christmas there. Thanks

Hi, We were in Carvoeiro for Christmas in 2017. Most of the restaurants and bars were open then. Happy’s closes mid December for about 6 weeks. We had a great Christmas Day meal in Taste restaurant. Hope this helps.

I’ve spent many Christmases there and it’s great. There is enough open and going on and the weather is usually lovely.
