Hello Nod! I was looking for a property in Portugal here too last month and I came across a website, I will write it here later on today.

You may find that rentals starting in june will be expensive as you are looking for the best months in the Algarve. Winter rentals starting end of October for 4-6 months are always cheap, and proper long term (minimum 12 months) is good value compared to the summer rentals. FOr 12 months two bedroom in Carvoeiro you would expect to pay between 600-1200 per month depending on facilities.
