Ellie, I've just been reading your community page. Where is Colombos? We've been coming to CVO for 10 years now,and dont remember seeing it anywhere, Is it near the square?

Colombos is right next door to Smilers(where the taxi rank is in Estrada da Farol.)...you go down the steps into bar /diningroom....or sit outside upstairs,where bench & taxis are?

Not a great big menu..and some have said its expensive..but I/we like it there..suppose cos we're used to it and like the girls there..Eugenia (wife of owner) and Annette.
Theyre very nice & friendly and will change a dish to suit you. Hope you give it a try

Thanks Ellie, We've been in Smilers many a time and must have walked past Colombos lots, maybe we'll try it next time, We,ve all got our favourite bars and friends we go to see time and time again, you never know we could bump into you one day. You wouldn't know me but I've seen your picture on the forum, so I might just reconize you. It would be nice to say Hello
