I recently saw a little plane doing acrobatics over Carvoeiro...anybody know if its possible to book rides to do this and where/how ???

Thats no frills airlines for you. Small planes with inexperienced pilots.
But don't let on that you are prepared to pay more you'll spoil it for us poor so and so's just trying to get out of cold Britain
