Thr Forum sight seems to have got a bit boring just lately. Where is Exotic Elle? she was fun. That's what the Forum's short of just lately.........Fun!!!!!!

Two possible reasons.
It is so hot at present -- temperatures up to 40c and still hot at night -- that local forum members are in a state of lethargy.
You may have noticed that there is a football tournament on here and a big problem is that Portugal keep winning -- every time they win muito vinho is drunk and to get down to raising unboring forum topics the following day is perhaps not one of our priorities.
A win tomorrow could produce an absence from the forum of up to a week from the locals here !!!!!!

And what excitement/fun are you looking for exactly Stan?
Why not start the ball rolling yourself..surely you must have some ideas?

Yes, please give us a break from the football. OK if Portugal win, and as CVO people we hope they do, but please, please like so many other forum people have expressed in the past 2/3 weeks, just give us a break. The new English season will start in 6/7 weeks time - surely the subject can be dropped for now. I'm sure some clown will start the ball rolling (!) then....oh dear. Now where is that Villa Mi//////////////?

Sorry to hear about the UK weather Ellie, but we shall be back with you in 10 days time for a few weeks and will try to pack some sun for you.
Meanwhile think about us poor souls getting all hot and sweaty down at Fatacil tonight watching the big sreen and waving our blue and white (oops sorry I meant red and green) flags, having to drink copious amounts of beer and wine to keep cool and then being kept awake all night with the sound of car horns, drunken Portuguese celebrating, re-runs of the winning goal on TV etc. -- its a hard life out here.
