Yep, I believe they have classes next to the Junta. Go into Harrys Bar I am sure they can advise.
If not check Carvoeiro Tennis Club. I know they also do Yoga classes in there as well.

Classes at Carvoeiro Tennis club, 9am Wednesday and 9 30 am Fridays.

Sue says they also do them at the gym on the out road, near Winkworths : she thinks in the evening. The Gym in Lagoa also do them : next to the Chinese shop Ali Baba.
