As a regular visitor to CVO for the last 15 years or so I find myself tasked with trying to find a smaller apartment or town house, villa to rent for a week in June and a week in September 2016.

I normally stay in a villa in Sesmarias on Presa Du Moura development which is beautiful and I may well go back there if I cant find anything else that suits?

I am ideally looking for a high spec villa or apartment, preferably with some private space, small pool/tub, terrace, view etc, but it would be nice if it was within walking distance of the village.

The thing is, I only really need one double bedroom as we will be sans kids for the first time
I obviously would consider something larger if it fitted the bill as spec and position are the most important factors.

Has anyone got any little gems that they would care to point in my direction please?
