Iberia to become Andalus ?

Interesting (or frightening ?) to see the ISIS predicted map of the world for 2020 with both Spain and Portugal to become part of the Islamic caliphate.
Morocco is not that far away and there is the Arabic history of the area - most of the set pieces at the Silves Mediaeval Fair were relating back to the Osman rule.
Should we be worried not only about this but also a repeat of the shooting in Tunisia wherein ruining the tourist industry was the modus operandi to destable the government ?

I would have thought that an ingredient for the extension of the Caliphate to any country would be the existence of a significant Muslim population in that country. As far as I know that is not a feature of Portugal. Although from a terrorist point of view an attack on a tourist area would be a possibility I don't see any parallels with Tunisia and there would not seem to be any tactical advantage to such a move.

Common sense does not appear to be an ISIS attribute - senseless murder would be a more appropriate identifier - meaning nowhere is safe - especially 'easy' targets.
It was widely reported they targetted London last weekend during the VJ day celebrations and clearly were thwarted by the sheer size and professionalism of the anti-terrorist community. Where else are they likely to encounter that level of opposition

Past UK intervention in the Middle East has generated considerable hatred among large sections of the Arab world and made it a legitimate target in the eyes of radical groups. I do not see Portugal in the same category. I would feel more concerned if I still worked in London than I do living in Carvoeiro

I have every confidence in the Cvo GRN after all they've dealt very well with the residents of Pocho Partido for years.
