just come back from our week in Carvoeiro. Dissappointed to be back as the weather was fantastic... as always. Food was wonderful.... as always. Missing the place already, hopefully Ocotber will come round soon but also this week was different to most...

Louise & I got engaged on Carvoeiro Beach last Sunday evening!!!

Lovely and romantic that sounds, congrats to you both and I think it is a great atmosphere to engage yourselves.........it is a good start for a serious relation I think...............

Congratulations Fatscholes and Louise. I also got engaged on Carvoeiro Beach, It was nine years ago now, we were married six weeks later! Hope you'll both be as Happy as we've been........Lots of Luck for the future.

I came from Holland, met my portuguese girl in the Bote disco, Got married on a large boat called the ALEGRIA, which means Happiness , just outside the beech with all the guests joining us on board then onto a large beech just before Armação with only access from the sea and spending all day eating , drinking and dancing.

This was 22 Years ago.......
