Hotels Annual Opening Times

Does anyone know what times of year the Mirachoro Praia closes and re-opens for business?
Also is there any hotels that stay open late in the year or re-opens early in the year or even stays open year round?

The Mirachoro re opened last weekend and the CVO Sol opened on 24th Feb
The Baia Cristel is open all year around
The Tivoli opened early feb but next year I believe is closing Oct to April for a refurb (not confirmed)
