Well done to FCCU for a one nil win on Saturday. Goal came from a massive punt from the goalie (Adam from Rascals) that bounced off a defenders head and over the head of the advancing opposition keeper.
It's what Saturdays are for, football and a beer afterwards!

This game was played at the stadium in Estombar. €2.50 entrance fee. Standard was similar to that of possibly semi-pro/premier amateur league. Crowd of about 80,including 2 GNR!!!

Saturday 25 October at estombar stadium, FCCU 0 v 1 FC 11 Esperancas. Should have got at least a point. Good crowd, approx 200.............and 4 GNR!!! The bar was open as well.

Next Saturday 1 November is apparently the local derby match against Lagoa. The players all know each other so playing for bragging rights in the pub afterwards.

Hemingway usually advertise the games.
