-Could anyone tell us where there is a pool table in Carvoeiro - we used to go the Black Stove before it changed to a more eating spot. We are coming out next week - 11th can't wait ! Usually it's just me and my other half but this year we are bringing 10no of our family and are hoping they will love CVO as much as we do :D !

Bar Acordeao certainly used to have a pool table - I am sure it's still there. It's a bit of a small area so be careful with your cueing action!! The bar is next door to Restuarant A Marisqueira on Estrada Do Faral at the top end, not far from A Rede. Hope that helps :D

According to the Jailhouse Facebook page,
The bar is open every day from 8pm until 4am except Sundays where the bar is open from 4pm until late.

Helder's Tropical Bar at the bottom end of Rocha Brava usually has 2 tables in the summer and 1 in the winter months, also very good for parking

I'd have thought a full size snooker table would be better for parking. You might get a Smart car on a pool table but nothing bigger.

I think Bar Barbara or similar, has a pool table. Located up the lane about 50 metres on your right as you walk up the "Out Road" from the square.

The Tivoli has one downstairs. I think it's Pool not snooker. :D

There is a pool table upstairs at Bistro 72 on the 'out' road.

The Rocha Brava tables are dreadful - one of them swallowed 4 euros before we could get any balls out. Then the white was potted by accident - we never saw it again so had to nominate another ball - I wonder if the fact they are outside all day in the sun swells up the runner tracks and stops the balls from rolling freely.

Bar Accordeo is our usual playing spot. It is close to the wall at one end, but they have shortened cues to use to deal with this.

And their cocktails are waaaay better!
