is that the big unfinished one near Ferragudo? Don't think it has moved in 2/3 years. Rumoured (who starts these anyway?) to be for Michael Schumaker.

I've no idea but I would assume not - Schumacher certainly has enough money to finish a villa that he'd started... it wouldn't have been abandoned half way through.

I've no idea if that link has been started or not - they might be waiting on a buyer before starting it?

I heard the same story about Schumacher & was told that they have built the house too high & there is now a planning dispute.

.....not if the map is accurate, which it probably isn't, because you won't get sea views if you lived up restaurant hill & turned left!
I'd heard that the empty shell on the CVO/Ferraguedo road was going to be some old people's home but that the planning people said it was being built higher than permission had been granted...hence the inactivity for a number of years.
Intriguingly though, last year we saw some guys sinking a bore hole in the grounds : it's now capped off, and nothing was happening when last there in May.

I hope its not Schumacher's house - there's not room in CVO for his inflated ego!
