I'm sure this question has been asked before (but possibly not recently ) are there any yoga classes in or around cvo. I have become a recent convert having decided I need to be more flexible and if its good enough for Ryan Giggs.....

Hi, Julie at Vila Castelo in Ferragudo holds a Body Balance class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I think that it now starts at 8am as they hold it outside. I also believe that Kalu Bar on Praia Grande beach in Ferragudo now hold yoga classes on bodyboards in the sea, but I am not sure what days they are held as they have only just started. Hope this is of some kind of help to you. Jan x

I think the Tennis club does Yoga classes.

Thanks to you both for your replies. Bodyboards in the sea sounds interesting/crazy - my balance on land is suspect enough so maybe it would be better in the sea!

No problem. I haven't yet done the bodyboards yoga but a couple of my friends have and there is a video of one falling in and the other on all fours on the board not being able to move because of laughing!
