This dog has been hanging around the Parque Empresarial in Lagoa (opposite the Fatacil) since yesterday evening. It has a colar but is very thin, which makes us think he's been abandoned. He's a beautiful dog and has a lovely temperament! Does anyone recognise him?

Unfortunately Portugal has one of the highest rates of animal abandonment in Europe. I hope this one is just lost & the owner is looking for him.
