There is a quiz night on in Hemingways every Monday night from 10pm - general quiz with a music round and you play in teams of any size
On Wednesday nights they hold a quiz in Harrys bar - they split the bar in half and you play one side against the other
I believe on Thursday nights there is also a quiz at rascals bar and there may be one also at up the pub in Monte Carvoeioro too - but Im not sure
Hope that helps!

Hi. United ARE on TV. ITV 1 have the West Ham game live Wednesday 16.1.13. All TV companies want to show United live, probably as they are the best team in the country !!
I have never participated in Hemmingways Quiz Night, I have entered Harry's Bar Quiz Night on a few occasions. Bob certainly makes it entertaining

Re: The Wed Quiz at Harry's bar, usually Bob waits until any footie game is finished before commencing the quiz ! it's not too serious and we always have a good laugh, win, lose or draw !!!

Is it changing with the Acordo Ortográfico?
