Refunds for flight delays going back to 2005

Not sure how to add link, but if it doesn't work go to money saving expert website.
Basically it seems that if you are delayed more than 3 hours you can now claim a backdated refund, as far back as 2005
lets see if it works and we can probably all have a free trip to Carvoeiro with the proceeds!!!
