For Steen - Web site down?

PDOException: SQLSTATE[00000] [1040] Too many connections in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /var/www/vhosts/carvoeiro.com/httpdocs/includes/lock.inc).
Are you aware of this?

Can't get onto the web site again.
Could not connect to remote server
Check that the address is spelled correctly, or try searching for the site http://www.carvoeiro.com/
Yep, it's spelt properly.
