I booked my parents a return transfer to the aiport with this company when they visited in September. We phoned the number given on the form the day before pick up and amended the pick up location. The new pick up location and time were confirmed by the woman on the other end of the phone. Guess what, no pick up the following morning. Eventually got through to someone on the emergency number who was very rude and didn't care less about the transfer for my parents. We ended up taking them to the aiport at our own expense to ensure they caught their flight. Sent a complaint via email as no telephone number on the wesbite and have been battling for over a month now to get a response/refund without luck. Would definitely not recommend this company!

I've used Yellow Fish quite a lot this year and never had a single problem with them. I'd recommend giving them a try...

What I meant by own expnse was that we had to use our own petrol and pay the tolls when we had already booked and paid for a transfer from A2B. And no we wouldn't have charged our own parents

The phone number was for the local office to confirm the pick up time and location and not for A2B offices based in the UK.

Had almost exactly the same problem - except they did arrive (at 6.am) but drove straight past us as we stood at the door of our house!! Couldn't get a taxi at that time of the morning, so I took my wife to the airport and she caught the flt, but as I couldn't economically leave the car for 6 weeks, I had to go back and get a flt 6 days later at a cost of €122. The company that they use is Polotur and when I finally got through to the manager, he said they could do nothing until I had complained officially to A2B in UK. I have now done that and got the refund for the transfer, but am still battling for the flt cost!

I booked my return transfer through my usual resorthoppa, only to find when I arrived last week that they also use the same company as A2B now - however it was a GREENBUS 9 seater and he was very good.

I had to go back and get a flt 6 days later at a cost of €122

Come on, own up. How much did you pay the driver?
