Morning everyone, not that is good in Somerset, blowing a gale and chucking the wet stuff down.
Can I just mention that the time for all postings is an hour out, don't know if anyone else has noticed.
Hope the weather has improved for all you lucky people in cvo and the area.

LJ - I'm guessing your profile is set on the system default time: GMT. As it is now BST you will be 1 hour out. You can easily change your profile to the correct time zone (e.g mine is GMT+4).

I don't think so Lesley, Portugal time is the same as UK, you still have a point! Sorry I'm in that sort of mood this afternoon if this offends anyone. Now off to check a few of the postings!

So here is the solution -
this server where we are all happily chatting on is in Denmark (CET), hence the 1 hour time difference to Portugal and UK.

One of the great thing about the webcam for me is that from my office about 6000 km from CVO I can see the first rays of morning sunlight beaming into the square as the sun peaks from between the buildings behind Estrada do Farol. Ain't technology wonderful (when used to best purposes)?

Very true, I am still trying to get to grips with technology but as you say, to be able to look at the webcam and see the day start in CVO is a wonderful thing, just makes me wish I was there all the time.
