In that case, maybe you should have left out the team that didnt make it to the last world cup...
Not sure who is meant? Think of the colour of cvo.com - saaaaay, I never realized untill now - Steen must be parcial to that team.....or maybe he just likes oranges
I is just messin...
P.S. Only had one vote, so I voted Germany but Portugal gets equal support unless they match up directly.

Note the result of the Germany match last night against Romania
LOST 5 - 1.
How the mighty fall - mind you they normally come good when it matters.

France I think will win, they have something to prove after the world cup, and they did just win the premiership
Bet you England dont even get out of the group stages.

could'nt agree with you more mattk about England only time will tell for France there is no doubt they are more than capable of beating any teem, we'll see. Germany however did loose 5-1 the other night but its almost ironic i do seem to remember some randam teem getting a very similar result just before the last world cup and as you say croeso they do tend to come good when it maters. Gambrinus you lost me from the in that case bit but hey obviously some meaningful stuff to you

Thanks for your replys folks so far portugal winning the poll

Peter, you are absolutely right - a fantastic result
Guess we will have to wait and see what the real competition brings.
I just hope Mr. Merk will have read up on "Referee's Guide to Football" before he grabs his whistle in the competition. Otherwise he will get slated if he refs a portugal match - the Porto players will be more or less fuming depending on their Champions league results
