Boring I know! Another new topic about weather. But, I notice it is forecast rain this Saturday (19.5.12) - ONE WEEK before I am due over to CVO. A bit close for comfort
Here's to hoping the rain is coming now and clearing for two weeks commencing 26.5.12 !!

dont complain about the weather....
the week from 25.4. till 2.5. we had rain, 13-15 degrees and we fired 50kg wood through the chimney
sweaters were our daily clothes.......it reminds me at our former Danmark holidays

Noooooooooooo - it's now forecast rain on Sunday. That's even closer to my arrival day. Come on, sort it out. Wall to wall sunshine needed

Thanks Martin. An excellent weather site. I will monitor it leading up to departure. Sometimes it is best not knowing and just travel, but a little knowledge helps, particularly if it's good news

To be honest a little rain will be welcome as for the past 4 - 5 days it has been over 30C and on Tuesday it was 42C in the sun!!! too hot for May ...

Using my interest in weather, the satellite shots this morning appear to show a thunderstorm approaching CVO from the south, any interesting reports? Also how often does CVO experience thunder and lightning?

We've had a great 13 spell of warm clear sunny weather here in the English Midlands 20-25 C every day, however as the Jubilee weekend approaches its turning cool and wet!
