Hi - I asked about the Alexander Technique the other day but no replies yet.
Does anyone know if there is a Tai Chi teacher in the CVO area?
Thanks

Isn't the Alexander Technique chiropractic treatment for wimps, who can't handle the rough stuff?
And as for Tai Chi, what's that all about?
Origami without the paper.

Is Tai Chi..where everyone moves slowly forward..with strange movements
When I first saw this..I was sitting peacefully in wooded countryside..and I saw this group of people coming towards me...for a minute..I thought I was under attack!
In the Vasco da Gama shopping complex..I saw a man having massage..mostly his feet I think...called Tai something
