Well, I could be a second-hand chaufeur who can move you from a to b and wherever else you want to go

Maybe of you give motorent on the Carvoeiro outroad a buzz and ask them if they have any scooters for sale.
Otherwise there is also AngelPilot in Lagoa opposite the fatacil, but I am not sure if the sell second-hand. In any case these two should be able to give you some pointers.

They sell bikes second hand but super expensive!!!
