I think it is 16

16 is the legal drinking age.

P.S. same for smoking and sexual intercourse - not like anybody gives a damn about any of these three limitations

You can also drive one of those funky little plastic bodied cars (Aixam)with a ride-on mower engine. You don't need to take a test or anything just shell out a ridiculous amount of money for plastic car, and then cause havoc on the roads. Whilst you can legally drive them at 16, it seems it's only pensioners that actually drive them. Older and wiser ? hmmmmmm.
Or am I missing the point ?
