If you need to book a flight and like a bargin there are some great offers on the British Airways website. You must book by the 5th of April, the offers are for travel between 15th of April until 30th of June.
I paid £80 fully inclusive of taxes for my return ticket to Faro in May, which was cheaper than Easyjet. Of course with BA delays are minimal and my seat number and meal are provided.

We have booked all 8 flights to Faro this tear with BA - because of their pricing. In the main they are more reliable and you have a bit more space than you do with Monarch and EasyJet.

Flying with EasyJet is a non starter for us - you only have to watch Airline a few times to see why.

What's wrong with Easyjet, from what I can see from the programme, Airline, it's the passengers that are the problem!!!

we have found that the skyscanner.net website is a great site for finding cheap no frills flights from the uk - its free to use and usually up to date. don't believe everything you see on the tv, most of easyjets problems are passengers that turn up late and then expect the plane and everbody else to wait for them. we have used GO (now easyjet), easyjet themselves and mytravelite from Stansted, Bristol, Luton, East Midlands and Birmingham and we have no complaints (so far anyway). the biggest trouble we have found when flying is using the so called better companies from larger airports, manchester, gatwick etc. you seem to get more delays and baggage problems - all for the sake of paying more and getting lunch! lets face it - who would eat that stuff in a restaurant in CVO and be happy paying for it? don't let the snobbery factor get to you - frequent flyers use the no frills airlines because they know it makes sense!

We fly out on a frequent basis and since Easyjet completed their takeover of Go have not had any problems with them. There were some teething problems when they took over but they have been addressed and I have no complaints.

I totally agree with the comments made about the TV programme and that it is the Easyjet passengers' own fault. I have never had any trouble reading the confirmation email so know what can be carried, when to check in, who is travelling and when. On the one occasion I had mistyped a name and spotted it on the confirmation I just phoned them up and they corrected it free of charge.

Last time I flew with BA (having chosen them for the reasons the previous reply gave) our return flight was substituted by BA with a plane and crew chartered from Excelairways.com. Everything about the flight was terrible and when I wrote to BA they could not care less.

I understand that the TV company producing the Easy Jet programme advertise for "interesting" people who will be travelling. We have done 10+ EJ flights from EMA over the past year. It would be boring TV. Short check in, no arguments, no delayed flights and on board we usually get three seats between the two of us. The coffee is c*** though.

My friend who was at luton airport but not flying with easyjet saw the film crew there, they where telling a passenger who had a complaint to make more of a fuss about it because it would be better for the tv !!!
