Never tried that one Stace, had heard bad reports. The one further up on Restaurant Hill on the left hand side is great, Often get Takeaways there. The Indian opposite, in my opinion is very good.
Someone who knows about food should do a Restaurant report and post their comments. However they might have different tastes. Saying that, if you are mobile, don't go to the Crazy Chicken near Sesmarias. I was not charged for my meal the other night after I complained, as it was so bad. There are some fantastic Little restaurants also in Feragudo and well worth the drive there and have a look around.
Enjoy the rest of your Vacation and glad your better half is managing to do a few rounds.

There have been lots of posts about the dire chinese restaurants in Carvoeiro, it's more a case of which is the least worse than which is the best. A lot of people say that the chinese in Lagoa is the best, but I would say that while I think it's better than the Carvoeiro restaurants it is still really mediocre & on a par with chinese restaurants in the UK in the 70's - early 80's. Won't mean anything to you Stacey but suffice to say they weren't good. There are a very few good chinese restaurants in the Algarve, unfortunately they tend to be over towards Vilamoura & Quinta da Lago. You'll know next time, wait to you get home to get your chinese fix.

I agree with blue on this one. the one at the top of restaurant hill is probably the best, but that wouldn't be hard as they are all pretty poor.
I have found the Indian on the opposide side of restaurant hill good, and prefer it to the one over the beach.
