It looks like a young 16 year old died on the beach today in CVO. She came out of the sea and collapsed they then spent about an hour trying to ressucitate her but it did not look good. I think she was Portuguese. Hope Im wrong ....

what an absolute trgedey you just cannot comprehend going away on holiday&losing a child. my heart goes out to the family.

He was from Nelson in Lancashire wasn't he bruce? I live near there, didn't know him personally but have friends who knew him.

He was from Nelson but his new wife is from Dalton, near Wigan, they were to have moved into a newly renovated cottage close by.

very tragic, and I heard he actually questioned the safety from a previous shark attack and was told it was safe to go in Personally if I do go in the sea I don't go in above my waist, it can be a dangerous place.
