No longer required

I thought that, and took out one of those cheap little machines. Used it a few times for minor jobs, but got so frustrated that went back to hand sewing. If you do buy one try it in the Uk to make sure you will use it before you go to the bother of taking it out to Portugal. I bought mine a number of years ago, so they may have improved.
