Hi,

Does anyone know of an art shop within a reasonable distance of Carvoeiro, somewhere I can buy canvasses, paint, brushes etc ?

there is one in Lagoa in a back street close to the old market , Im not sure of the name but they have fantastic prints, oils and do a top notch framing/hanging service...I can find the name if you need it...we will be there in 2 weeks for more pictures...its 5 mins from Cvo

You can get basic items in Intermarche in Carvoeiro and in any of the household stores likem De Borla, ( portimao shopping centre om the 125 ) or Casa in Alcantrahila.

I think Colana was looking to buy blank canvasses and paints rather than finished ones, but I agree the shop is lovely, they re framed a large picture for me last year and did a great job.

You can buy most things in Intermarche as EMM has said....
