A little off-topic, but have the grounds (inside the old walls) of the lighthouse at Cabo de Sao Vicente been re-opened to public access? The last time we were there a few years ago, general access to the lighthouse grounds was prohibited. We were left with the impression that it was a temporary arrangement while some re-construction was carried-out.

Please email photos if anyone is going, I'll unfortunately not be able to make it.
