What's on in the Algarve this summer

Does anyone have a favorite website that lists what's on and when in the Algarve. I am desperate to find alternatives to the annual pilgrimages such as Fiesa sand sculptures, Sagres Fortress, Water parks, etc. For example I look forward to seeing some motor racing in the new Autodrome. Any suggestions?

Try the attached Turismo web site.
You can search by dates etc.
There is an English version if you can't make out the Portuguese.
On the bottom right is a link to download the current month's events. It is updated every month but not normally available in advance. Well worth looking at - it's the same booklet that you can pick up in the Turismo office.

Surely you'll still go to the Sand Sculptures?
http://www.fiesa.org/ One of the best things the Algarve offers IMHO.

Just sit outside the Oasis and watch them negotiating the pinball track, great excitement!
