As a treat we the birthday boys wwent to the airstrip at Lagos and were taken up in microlights for a flight over the coastline towards Sagres.
A little bumpy and chilly but what an experience, looking down from 2000ft with only your seat belts holding you in is something else.
The pilots who operate this business are to of the most experienced microlight flyers in the world one has 20,000 flying hours. They also operate hot air balloon trips as well.

Yes I could take photos , my friend who was flying in a more exposed microlight was wearing a suit and gloves but in warmer conditions he to would have been able.

I think it was around 80euros each .
