Has anybody used the above company for transfers to/from the airport as have read some bad reviews of their services in Majorca

When we arrived last sunday their check in was heaving and the queue was long.

They are not known for their flexibility and have left some of our guests with a long walk with luggage as they will only drop off and pick up at specified places.
But they are one of the cheapest.
