RTP1 on SKY

I'm trying to see if it is possible to gain access to view RTP1 in England on the SKY platform. I have SKYHD and know that you can manually add channels, having done so with ITVHD. Is anyone out there, more technical than myself, aware if this can be done or if Sky dishes dont face the right way please
