Hi, we are going down to cvo tomorrow or Sunday for a week, and will be looking at properties with the aim of buying a 2 or 3 bed apartment or house in, or, not too far from cvo. We will be talking to local agents, visiting building sites and looking out for ‘for sale’ signs, but should anyone on here know of any private sales, bargains or knows of anything interesting but easily missed, I would be delighted to hear from you. cheers, digger

Re: price range. We are not talking big-time here. I am a genuine punter but have not yet decided how much to invest. It will be either be in the region of E200,000 or in the in the region of E350,000.
