Hello again folks,
I thought I'd signed on as a new member, but obviously haven't got all my duck's in a row ! Can anyone tell me how I can become a member of the inner sanctum, not "merely" (joke) a guest.
I will take this opportunity to say thanks to those, who by their kind response to my initial post, have indeed made me feel quite welcome, thanks Digger, Maddi and Ellie -- I will generally be on line when most of you guys are in your kip - I'm across the Atlantic in the unassuming part of the North American Continent - yes Canada - which might just be a good thing - time wise I mean.
All the best
Marion

Hi Marion,

at the top of the page you will find a row of links "FAQ", Search" etc. Press the "Register" button in the middle. Read the terms of use and accept. On the next page, choose your username, enter your email addy and choose a password, confirm the password and that is basically it. If you dont want to fill in any further details or fiddle with the settings (you can do all that at a later stage by editing your profile from the "Profile" button which replaces the register butten after you have signed in), press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Thats it, happy posting. :D

I see that Gambrinus has generally got you sorted so hoping to see you as a member soon. Obviously you are not alone in posting from that side of the world and perhaps there will end up being a largish posse who post throughout the night - could be fun to wake up to.

Looking forward to more of your posts and getting to know you.

Maddi :)

Hi Gambrinus,

Thanks for the info supplied, however I must have done something I shouldn't have when I initially tried to join. I'd already attempted to do what you subsequently advised me to do, but my email info is already on file. I am number 128 on the membership listing, can you delete that somehow so I can go on properly, this time I will remember what I signed on as.

My first step is usually to check the webcam, didn't do so this a.m. but I'm quite sure your temp is much balmier that the -18C we are currently sitting at - Lovely sunny FFFRRREEESSSHHH day!

Thanks
Marion

Hi Marion

If you go into your no 128 profile and change the email address to either something ficticious or an old address you had, then you can register again with all the correct information and it wont say that your email address is already registered.

Hope that helps.

Maddi :)

Hello hello hello

Thanks muchly Maddi I think I've cracked it now -- Too many damn passwords to remember, I 'm sure that was part of my problem. - I want to see my name underlined too. So one one into the fray we go - let's hope for success.

Man, you're quick, thanks for the message, I just want to laugh now.

A bientot
Marion
