Next Summer's Ejet flights

I booked our Sept 2010 flights to Faro about 3 weeks ago on the first day Ejet released them and out of curiosity i checked same dates from BTL this eve and there's hardly any difference in price.

Usually they've shot up in price within first few weeks of release. Anyone else think this doesn't bode well for The Algarve next summer? Or is it more down to people in UK not having the money to book this early?

Maybe some of you out there are just not sure whether you're returning next year.

It could be that they are not as cheap when first released as in past years.
The airlines get a lot of flack about increasing prices closer to the busier times, this way they get more from early bookers and appear to be behaving themselves.

I think you are right emm. I looked when they were first released and was not impressed.

Also could be that since easyjets pricing structure is abased on yield management, demand this far ahead is just not there compared to previous years, so they need to maintain prices to fill the plane.

I do like EJ giving the full price up front - but they dont really advertise the fact; I think it puts people off who are used to delaing with the airlines l(partic. ike Ryanair) who show the flt price and not the add-ons!
