What is the name of the chinese restaurant at the bottom of restaurant hill, where you have to go up stairs to the restaurant. It is on the same side as the hotel. I want to write a review but I thought it was called Aladdin or something like that, but there is nothing that looks familiar on the review options! Any help much appreciated!

because I am "trying" to put a review on the eatalgarve website as I think that this chinese is not even close to average. And I can't remember the name.
If either of you are witholding the name, then please (pretty please) can you let me have it. Otherwise, mock no more, I am trying to do something helpful!

No I believe that's the one at the top of restaurant hill, our favourite in the village. We call the one at the bottom 'the crappy one with the terrace'. I'm afraid that's as much as I can enlighten you!

ChinaTown is to the left of Mirachoro (when facing it) and is between Casa Algarvia and O Tasco. Does this help?

Definitely not China Town (although not terribly keen on that either) - it is the "crappy one with the terrace"

Judging from the comments about the Chinese restaurant's my remarks of them all being average are little off the mark

Having had my curiosity aroused, I detoured specially to find the name only to be rather confused.
Above the door it is 'O Alardar' (according to my dictionary ' The Boast') but the take-away menu is titled Restaurante Chines 'China'.
Hope this helps.
